San Fernando California

The San Fernando Valley (sometimes also called Valley) is a region of California located in the northwest of the Los Angeles Basin. Two-thirds of its surface area is within the city limits of Los Angeles and covers the northern half of that city and the entire Los Bernardino County, California.

VIP tours will take you through the park's most popular rides and attractions and lead you to special exclusive VIP entrances. For driving from Getty Center into the valley, take the 405 Freeway South, the I-405 connects the 101 with Sherman Oaks. The highway is the main link between Los Angeles and San Bernardino County and the San Fernando Valley. The Getty also houses some of the largest and most prestigious museums, galleries and museums in the world.

If you need a little less depth after a long day of thrills and excitement, visit the Japanese Garden for a quiet stroll through one of the most beautiful gardens in the world.

The land of rolling hills, pastures and pastures was to become a residential development until the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy stepped in and bought it in 2003. When the surrounding San Fernando Valley and the City of Los Angeles agreed to annex Los Angeles to take advantage of the abundant water supply of the newly opened Los LA Aqueduct in the 1950s, the abundant groundwater supply made it possible for it to remain a separate city.

San Fernando is easy to visit on a budget, but if cost is a problem, you should visit in winter when you can usually find lower rates and stay at the Valley Inn and Conference Center. Book in advance and search for group rates to keep costs within reach even during high season.

If you are in the valley, the winter nights may be cooler than the pool nights, but the winter days are pleasant. If you visit in December or January, you can expect a warm, sunny day with a high temperature of 60 degrees and a low of 35 degrees. While you rarely need cold clothing in San Fernando, pack a rain jacket if you plan to visit in winter.
